1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with our product for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Refund

You may provide any of the following three pieces of information (all of which can be found in the receipt email sent to you by Paddle after purchase):
- Invoice Reference (e.g., 71701-10018)
- Transaction ID (e.g., txn_xxxxxxx)
- The email address used during checkout
Any one of these is sufficient for us to locate your order quickly.
3. Refund Eligibility
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- You encountered an issue or are not fully satisfied with the product.
- Your license or activation code has not been misused, shared, or activated fraudulently.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Once your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be issued through Paddle, our payment provider.
- Paddle will return the full amount including applicable taxes.
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window.
- Evidence of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized sharing of the license.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
